Delete your PASS369 account
Delete in the app
Open PASS369 → Account and access. Sign in again with your registered email and the email code. Choose Delete account, enter the same email address and confirm. A recent sign-in is required for this action.
Request deletion without the app
Send an email from your registered PASS369 email address to 369apps.studio@gmail.com with the subject “PASS369 account deletion”. Ask to delete your PASS369 account. Do not send passkeys, backup passwords, device PINs or payment-card numbers. Support may verify ownership before deletion.
What is deleted and what remains
The server account, sign-in sessions and challenges are removed. The account association is removed from payment records and the stored Google purchase token is cleared. Minimal transaction records and a keyed hash of the email recording prior trial use remain for payment disputes and abuse prevention, with no fixed automatic expiry. Your passkeys remain on the device; delete local keys or app data separately, and delete exported backup files from their storage locations if you no longer need them.
Cancel recurring billing separately
Deleting PASS369 or its account does not cancel a subscription. In Google Play, open Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → PASS369 → Cancel subscription. For a website purchase, manage automatic payments in PayPal. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and has no recurring charge.
